Easy, people. That’s what I’m all about. This one is a great one for those days you know you’re not going to be able to spend time in the kitchen (which is pretty every day for me, lately.).
Crock Pot Salsa Chicken
6-8 boneless chicken chicken breasts (mine are typically frozen, but they can be thawed)
1 jar (16 oz) of your favorite salsa – try something with some zip and zing!
Place your chicken in the crock pot. Dump the entire jar of salsa on top of the chicken. Let it cook on low for 6-8 hours or so.
Shred the chicken and eat it with:
pico de gallo
guacamole (of course!)
