This workout is great for all you gals who are at a beginning or intermediate fitness level. I also recommend it for my fellow pregnant sisters out there. Yep, we STILL need to be lifting weights! I feel for you, but you are not off the hook!

You can before 12 weeks or so. Then after that you can do them on a wedge or incline.

just finished this workout..i am a bit sweaty – which is great in my book. I am easing back into exercise and this is at my level and I still have room to push myself. Thanks for doing this.
