30 minutes lifting weights, moderate, biceps and back
30 minutes stair master doing light HIIT. I broke a sweat, I promise!
1/2 cup oatmeal made with water
1/4 cup skim milk on top
handful of blackberries
2 packets of stevia
Bless my morning oatmeal. It is perfect in every way.
At gym snack:
1 small mandarin orange
I have been bonking at the gym lately, and need to have something in my stomach during the hour I’m there. This gets me through.
1/2 cup greek yogurt, fat free
handful of Cinnamon Puffins
1 packet of stevia
I didn’t eat this all at once. It was spread out over an hour and a half.
I just want to stick my head in the pot of Minestrone Soup. I cannot get enough. The saltiness of this is ideal!
1/2 cup cottage cheese, low fat
2 mandarin oranges
Also, about 8 Triscuit Thins — my in-the-car-survival food.
1 plateful of Cashew Apple Salad (recipe coming soon!)
2 slices of Kashi Margheria pizza
1 small plateful of mixed fruit
Delicious. It was the best I felt all day.
